Shakthi Sivanathan and Elias Nohra from CuriousWorks crew left Sydney at 2am WA time! Landed 1:30pm in Newman where they met Lee Bell and drove into town.
First Elias & Shakthi checked in to our accomodation at Seasons Hotel. They had a walk around the town centre.
Then meetings were had with:
- Mere from Newman Visitors Centre about the space and Internet
- Charles from East Pilbara Shire about equipment and Internet
- Dave from Martu Media about a possible partnership with the Martu people
Everyone was zonked after a long day and retired in the early evening.
